Shipping policy
We pack each order by hand, and make sure it is boxed as carefully & securely as possible to prevent damage in transit to you. Our preferred methods of shipping are: Fed Ex Home Delivery, and USPS Priority Mail. Large oversized orders are sent via Fed Ex due to weight/size. Smaller parcels are sent via USPS Priority Mail. As soon as you order, and your shipping label is created, you will be informed, and you will recieve tracking information. If for any reason, your items do not arrive in a timely manner, are lost, or are damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with the shipper to determine the problem, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation.
